Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: The program is open to existing customers (“Referrers”) who are at least 18 years of age. Referred individuals (“Referees”) must be new customers who have not previously used our services. 2. How It Works: A Referrer provides their Referee details. When the Referee completes their first qualifying inspection, you will receive the applicable discount. The amount and form of the reward will be as stated in the promotional offer at the time of referral. 3. Discount Application: Referral discounts are applied to the next eligible purchase or invoice after validation. Discounts have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated. 4. Verification & Fraud Prevention: All referrals are subject to verification. The company reserves the right to reject or cancel any referral if it suspects fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms. Referrals generated through paid advertising, spam, or other unauthorized means are strictly prohibited. 5. Program Changes: The company may change, suspend, or end the program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated via email. 6. Limitation of Liability: The company is not responsible for any technical issues, lost referrals, or delays in processing discounts. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the company disclaims all warranties related to the program. 7. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada without regard to conflict of law principles.
